

Self Confidence is your most powerful emotion. It is the emotion that allows you to grow.
Self Confidence always comes from within. It is your ability to believe in yourself without any evidence from the past.
You can believe in yourself even if no one else does. You must believe in yourself harder than ANYONE ELSE.
Have you ever set a goal or started good habit yet you cannot remember when you stopped? You likely quit behind your own back without even making the DECISION to stop. The only way you are allowed to give up on your goal is by doing it out loud. You need to state and like your reason. That’s how you will know if you are quitting on purpose versus behind your own back.
To reach your goal you must take CONSISTENT action. You must build habits and systems that support you to take the action we want.
Look at how well your action plan is going and notice any patterns where your actions are not lining up to your plan. Is there a change you could make to your habits or environment that could help?
Let’s talk about how our feelings drive all our actions. In order to take the actions we want we must first allow ourselves to experience all types of emotions. Yes, even negative ones!

Let’s build the plan for achieving your goals, put it on the calendar and obey the calendar no matter what.
Your assignment today is to dump your brain. Think of everything you will need to do to achieve your goal. Next think about any obstacles in your way and the strategies you will use to overcome them.

This week we carve off a piece of your Long Term goal to set a SHORT TERM Goal (30 days to 1 year). This Short Term goal is a stepping stone to get you to your Long Term Goal.
We’ve all heard the basics of goal setting. This week we go into detail on HOW to set a goal so it is crystal clear. Do not skip this step. Setting a detailed goal is critical to achieving it.
This week it is time to set a LONG TERM goal. Reflect on your vision for the future and decide a part you want to carve off into a long term goal. Next week we will refine your long term goal down into a short term goal.
